I had a great refinance experience especially with the guidance and help of Marcel. After hearing news of rates getting lower and lower and with the suggestions by others to refi I decided to do it! Going into it I was stressed because I didn't want to look forward to the plenty of paperwork and potential high fees. At first I dealt with online lenders directly but the swarm of calls I received when inquiring turned me off and some of the lenders I talked to didn't respond quickly when they promised. So I decided to look for a broker to have a more streamlined approach. So I found Marcel on Google and contacted him based on the reviews. He is as what the reviews say, 5 stars! Very professional, friendly, and responsive. Whenever I had a question he would respond in timely fashion and he would provide the information I was looking for. The presentation of the documents was very clean and would get updates about the process throughout. Eventually after an exhaustive exploration with Marcel at all my options and getting a lucky favorable market outcome (2020-2021 conventional mortgage increase) I got the deal I was looking for in refinancing! I would say Marcel really made this experience a less stressful one and smooth process. I would definitely recommend to others and strongly vouch for his 5 star reviews!!!

My husband and I worked with Marcel at Complete Realty & Mortgage to purchase our first home. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and not too much knowledge about the mortgage process. As our mortgage broker, Marcel was very patient and thorough with answering all of our questions and walking through the process. He was very professional and easy to work with. The application process was straightforward and quick!

This is the second time we have worked with Marcel Calderon with refinancing our house. He was referred to me by a friend two years ago. It was our first time refinancing so my husband and I were nervous and had a lot of questions. Marcel was patient throughout the process and explained things thoroughly to us. Before Marcel, we tried to refinance with other mortgage brokers in the past but in our experience, the others we encountered did not have the patience nor the willingness to work with us extensively. Marcel was kind, patient and professional that we felt ease working with him throughout the whole loan process. He helped us in numerous ways to achieve our goal.
